The illustration shown below provides the basic dimensions required for the end customer to integrate the MWS unit into your process. Our design (height, diameter, etc) follow the standard dimensions of the off-the-shelf baby nipple that may be purchased at any store. The following guidelines may be used as a starting point for an applicator design:
- Applicator material: Stainless Steel
- Hole size of 7/8 inches (22 mm)
- Applicator material tank thickness: 14 AWG SS (0.0747 inches/1.89 mm)
With these dimensions, the MWS unit will “snap” right into the hole and provide a leak free resultant in a non-pressurized tank. Please note that our design does not provide a hole in the MWS end. This feature allows the User to place the specific hole or shape in the MWS unit for their particular application.
