Effective September, 2014, RT Automation is pleased to announce general availability of Floating Die Wires which are used for polyimide wire coating for improved wall concentricity. Our design and product offering has the following characteristics:
- Wire material: SS 304 Spring Temper. As a result, there is no need to braze the bottom two wires together (which also makes them removable)
- Precision made on automated wire bending equipment which results in high repeatability from part to part.
- Optimized Height to Length ratio to prevent FDW rotation after installation
- Designed to marry to Bettner Wire Coating Dies — Split Dome Dies (B12, BS12R, BSS12R, and/or BSS12R)
